More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic US Congress Members
Property plans for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this latest document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and features a key identifying different parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.
Further materials made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
